1. Use a screwdriver to unscrew the fastening screws of the control seat and remove the control seat. At this time, be careful not to hard pull the air pressure pipe connected to the water level switch at the back of the washing machines.
2. Use a screwdriver to unscrew the fastening screws on the fixing ring of the water bucket, and remove the fixing ring of the water bucket.
3. Then use a screwdriver to unscrew the pulsator screw, remove the pulsator, and take out the square core gasket under the pulsator. At this time, you can see the fixing seat under the washing and dewatering bucket and the dehydration shaft nut on it, and then use a special tool or wrench to unscrew the dehydration shaft nut, then take out the gasket on the dehydration shaft of the deceleration clutch, remove and wash the dehydration bucket, and then take out the gasket on the dehydration shaft.
4. Tilt the washing machine forward so that it is placed face down, and you can see the structure of the lower part of the washing machine. Use a socket or a small wrench to unscrew the tightening screw on the fixing frame, remove the fixing frame, and then remove the V-belt , and then use a socket or a small wrench to unscrew the fastening screws that fasten the deceleration clutch on the pallet, so that the deceleration clutch can be removed.
5. The sequence of replacing the deceleration clutch is opposite to that of removing the deceleration clutch. That is, first fasten the newly replaced deceleration clutch on the support plate with fastening screws, then install the V-belt and the fixing frame, erect the washing machine, install the gasket on the dehydration shaft of the deceleration clutch, and then install the washing and dehydrating bucket and pad. Cover and fasten the dehydration shaft nut, install the square core gasket and the pulsator, then fasten the pulsator with the pulsator screw, and finally install the bucket fixing ring and the control seat.
